WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS POLICY
A. Right of Withdrawal
I. Your Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (High Spirit Digital GmbH, Colbe Strasse 26, 10247 Berlin, Germany, email: contact[at]tokyojane.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement (e.g., by email or post). You may, but are not required to, use the attached sample withdrawal form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period ends.
II. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you’ve made, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one). We will process the refund without delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you, and there will be no fee for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of having returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. If you use our return labels, the return will be free of charge. Otherwise, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the reduction in value is due to handling that was unnecessary to check the condition, features, and functioning of the goods.

B. Special Information
If this contract is financed with a loan and you withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement if both agreements form a single economic unit. This applies if we are the lender or if your lender has used our services for the financing. If we have already received the loan, your lender will assume our rights and obligations following your withdrawal. This does not apply to contracts for financial instruments (e.g., securities or foreign exchange). To avoid contractual obligations, exercise both your right of withdrawal from the purchase and the loan agreement.
Returns After Withdrawal and for Complaints
Please keep the following points in mind when returning items (these are not mandatory to exercise your withdrawal rights):
- Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods.
- If possible, return items in their original packaging with all accessories included. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- We only provide refunds for unopened products.
- If your order included any free products, please return them for a full refund. If you keep any free products, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Free Returns After Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract and wish to return your order free of charge, you can request a free return label online. Please note that free returns are only available when using the provided return label. If you choose another shipping method, you will need to bear the return costs.
