1.3 These Terms apply exclusively to consumers, not to individuals purchasing goods for commercial or professional purposes.
1.4 Sales to commercial customers or for quantities beyond household use must be communicated in advance.
1.5 The contract language is German.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 Product and price information provided during the ordering process is non-binding and subject to change.
2.2 You may add items to your cart without obligation. After selecting "Checkout," you can provide your delivery and payment details. Before placing the final order, you may modify your input. By clicking "Place order," you submit a binding purchase offer.
2.3 The contract's conclusion depends on the payment method chosen:

  • Klarna (Invoice & Part Payment): We accept your order by either sending a confirmation email or dispatching the goods within two working days.
  • Klarna Direct Banking: The contract is finalized when you complete the payment through Klarna's website.
  • Amazon Pay: After confirming your payment through Amazon, we request Amazon to initiate the transaction and accept your offer.
  • Credit Card: After verifying your cardholder information and initiating the transaction, we accept your offer.
  • PayPal: The contract is confirmed when you authorize the payment via PayPal.
  • Bank Transfer: We confirm the contract either by sending a confirmation email or shipping the goods within two working days.
    2.4 The contract text will not be stored.

3. Pricing and Payment Methods

3.1 Prices include statutory VAT and additional delivery charges.
3.2 Payment methods available:

  • PayPal Plus (Invoice, Direct Banking, Part Payment, Credit Card)

    3.3 Unless otherwise noted, payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded.

4. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

4.3 Any customs duties or local taxes are your responsibility.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. No Sales to Commercial Customers

6.1 Goods sold in our shop are for consumers only. Commercial resale is prohibited without our express consent.
6.2 We reserve the right to cancel the purchase contract if the goods are purchased for unauthorized resale.
6.3 We may claim damages arising from unauthorized resale of our products.

7. Warranty

10.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection laws in your home country.
10.2 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable legal regulation.
